Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
∎ Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
∎ Answers phone calls in English, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
∎ Data entry, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
∎ Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
∎ Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
∎ Copy, scan, and fax documents, as well as taking notes.
∎ Organize facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
∎ Organize and plan meetings. Take notes and writing minutes during meetings.
∎ Prepare any research that the reporting manager may require.
∎ Ability to do task with confidence as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Documentation, File management, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Internet Browsing, Google search works, Meeting Management, Personal Secretary, very good in English writing and speaking
