Business Development, Marketing, Marketing and Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn the products and services quickly and know-how that fits client's need.
∎ Vigorously seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other sources and generate leads.
∎ Keep a very strong knowledge about B2B and B2C sale process and practice in both ways.
∎ Handle clients by delivering appropriate presentations on updated products and services.
∎ Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
∎ Handle customers' queries and complaints and provide perfect solutions.
∎ Maintain specific software or database programs to run sale process appropriately.
∎ Collaborate with team members to attain ongoing targets.
∎ Lead a team, train up them to conduct enormous sales.
∎ Formulate marketing plans to achieve the goal of monthly sales and develop sales strategies.
∎ Maintain comfortable relationships with existing clients and build relationships with prospective clients.
∎ Communicating with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Providing information about immigration and advising clients about relevant visa requirements.
∎ Having a willingness to research and learn about immigration and visa-related information regularly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Business Development, Market Research, Public Relation.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Very expressive with a professional manner.
∎ Proactively work in a team and with a wide range of people.
∎ Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
∎ Advanced computer skill including spreadsheets, data programming etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary plus Sales commission
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
