Responsibilities & Context:
* If you are switched on and have right experience on your own country accounting system, proper training will be provided to you on Australian Tax and other parts.
Accounting and Taxation:
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements for all entities including companies, partnerships, trusts, and superannuation funds
Preparing Income Tax returns for the above entities as well as Individuals including Sole Traders
Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
Assisting in the creation of budgets and management accounts
Assisting in the creation of business KPI reporting for clients
Providing the first line of support to clients on business and financial matters
Working and assisting clients with technology and accounting systems
Research and draft responses to clients` queries in relation to accounting and tax matters.
Bookkeeping:
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Bookkeeping in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks etc.
Payroll:
Processing employee payrolls, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and disbursements in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks etc.
Generating superannuation statements
Single Touch Payroll filing
Other Compliance Services:
ASIC compliance and lodgements such as ASIC updates and annual reviews
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office
VIC State Revenue Office dealings
Payroll taxes
Workcover
