We are in search of a competitive, hardworking and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Team Leader, to sell products and services to individuals or businesses. Once you know how to sell, you have a team to lead.

∎ To be successful in this position, you must have more than 3 years of sales experience. You must be able to drive sales growth. He/she also need to stay ahead of improving professional and technical knowledge & experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn the products and services quickly and know-how that fits client's need.
∎ Vigorously seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other sources and generate leads.
∎ Keep a very strong knowledge about B2B and B2C sale process and practice in both ways.
∎ Handle clients by delivering appropriate presentations on updated products and services.
∎ Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
∎ Handle customers' queries and complaints and provide perfect solutions.
∎ Maintain specific software or database programs to run sale process appropriately.
∎ Collaborate with team members to attain ongoing targets.
∎ Lead a team, train up them to conduct enormous sales.
∎ Formulate marketing plans to achieve the goal of monthly sales and develop sales strategies.
∎ Maintain comfortable relationships with existing clients and build relationships with prospective clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission on top of basic salary. Unlimited opportunity to earn.
