Prime Automation is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing Officer, go to the corporate office and meet with a representative to create awareness of our products.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Device marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and increase sales and profits.

• Act as the point person for outside, inside, and partner sales teams.

• Track market and company sales performance. Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.

• Manage corporate contracts. Manage offline and physical marketing budgets.

• Develop an understanding of product lines and value chains. Go to the corporate office and meet with a representative to create awareness of our products.

• Promoting the company`s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company`s marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

• Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Supervise, Monitoring & Maintain Dealers to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales division.

• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.

• To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales.

• Perform any tasks assigned by the management.
