Additional Requirements:
  • Develop relationships with different corporate decision makers such as Managers, CRD Teams, CEOs, CFOs, procurement In-charge, managing directors, Chairman, Architect Dept., etc., and motivate them through buying the products.

  • Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new corporate customers.

  • Grow revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation

  • Experience: 2 Years and above, must have experience in selling imported tiles, bathroom fittings.



Responsibilities & Context:

Office Time: 09:30 am-06:30 pm (Six Days)

Job Context: Following position for the DTCL Sales & Marketing Division in the whole country of Bangladesh. Building Materials & Imported Sanitary Products, Imported Tiles, Kitchen Cabinet & Others.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a team member in marketing and business development for B2B and B2C segments.

  • Possess experience in selling bathroom fittings, tiles, sanitary products, and kitchen cabinets.

  • Maintain positive relationships with architects, firms, developers, government project management, and other stakeholders.

  • Be self-motivated to enhance sales and marketing efforts and confident in meeting organizational goals. Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Conduct customer meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Possess good communication skills, proposal and quotation knowledge, and excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Report on market progress, credit realization, and customer performance.

  • Engage in regular market visits, product demonstrations, and competitor analysis.

  • Lead in result-driven activities with self-motivation.

  • Coordinate with the commercial department for product delivery.

  • Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Handle clients, process documents according to SOP, and follow up on credit recovery.

  • Verify wastage goods and manage sample delivery and returns.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
