Job Context:
∎ Following position for DTCL Sales & Marketing Division in the area of the whole country Bangladesh. Building Materials & Imported Sanitary Product, Imported Tiles, Kitchen Cabinet & Others.
∎ Office Time: 09:30am-06:30pm (Six Days)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member for marketing and business development for B2B & B2C segments.
∎ Must have work experience in selling bathroom fittings, tiles, sanitary products, kitchen cabinets etc.
∎ Must have experience in achieving sales targets;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with Architect, firms, developers, govt project management and other project stake holder.
∎ To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly Sales Target.
∎ Must be self-motivated to boost overall sales & marketing position and confident to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Conducts challenging customer meetings to secure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Smart, good communications skills, knowledge in proposal / quotation preparation is appreciated. Excellent writing, interpersonal skills is expected.
∎ Computer Literacy is must.
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance;
∎ Proactive in regular market visit, ability to present product demonstration to client or customers or prospective customers, competitor analysis.
∎ The company may transfer to any place(s) as when required.
∎ Self-Motivation should to be market leader on own result driven activity
∎ Liaison with commercial department for sales product delivery.
∎ Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Client handing, documents process as per SOP on sales, credit recovery time to time follow up.
∎ Verifying wastage goods, work with samples delivery and return.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Develop relationships with different corporate decision makers such as Managers, CRD Teams, CEOs, CFOs, procurement Incharge, Managing director's, Chairman, Architect dept., etc. and motivate them through buying the products.
∎ Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new corporate customers.
∎ Grow revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation
∎ Experience: 2 Years and above, must have experience in selling imported tiles, bathroom fittings, kitchen cabinet & related products.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Based on experience and qualification)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch: Fully subsidize
∎ Bonus: Yearly Two
∎ Other Benefit: Travel allowances, Monthly mobile bill as per company policy.
