Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Read the whole circular before applying. Craft Leather company is a Leather goods based business.
∎ We manufacture leather products, deliver them to the customer's. We are seeking a talented member in the Tele-sales Department, whose primary responsibility is the company's existing Customer Calls and new product selling.
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services.
∎ Calling To the Existing Customer and Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Sell New Product
∎ Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
∎ Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
∎ Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
∎ Solve & achieve the given targets & KPI.
