Job Context:
∎ This is a full time employment position subject to successful completion and performance during provisional period.
∎ Age: 25-40 Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants require to have sufficient knowledge and experience in Sales & Marketing of different Poultry Feed Ingredients. They must demonstrate the motivation & ability to have professional attitude to approach different customers (feedmills/farms/etc) to explain product features and perform maximum sales including procurement of indent orders from customers.
∎ Ability to increase Sales & maintain good relationship with customers.
∎ Realize customer requirements and attend to their needs.
∎ Provide possible effective solutions to customers based on their necessities.
∎ Ensure delivery products to customers on timely manner.
∎ Keep proper accounts and calculations on Sales and supply.
∎ After successful sales, ensure proper reporting to company accounts.
∎ Ability to communicate with customers to realise sales recovery when needed.
∎ Provide timely offers to indent customers based on their requirements.
∎ Maintain regular contact & follow up with all customers to realise their requirements.
∎ Should be able to communicate clearly in Bangla and should have basic English knowledge.
∎ Need to acquire sufficient knowledge on the marketed products and communicate benefits & advantages to customers effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salaries & Benefits will be subject to Candidates` level of expertise and will be discussed during interview.

The applicants should have sufficient knowledge on different products and feed additives available in the market. Job applicant needs to be familiar with the leading feedmills/hatcheries/farms operating in the country. This is a mid level position that requires sufficient knowledge and expertise in candidates to be able approach customers for Sales & Marketing including Indent Sales of different poultry feed ingredients imported and marketed by our company. Preference will be given to applicants who already has good amount of experience & exposure in this field.
