Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ MS in Microbiology/Pharmacology/Pathology/Poultry Science/Genetics & Breeding or
∎ MBA in Marketing Preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Health sector, animal husbandry, Animal Vaccine, Feed Additives, Must have 7 Years experience in managerial position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎
∎ Directs the operation in accordance with established policies and objectives and assists in the preparation of the expenses, sales, and budgets.
∎
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎
∎ Develops adequate training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, and to impart complete information regarding company policies.
∎
∎ Assists in the establishment and maintenance of sound geographical territorial assignments consistent with established potentials;
∎
∎ Maintains necessary personal contact with key customer management, trade groups and key industry personnel to Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships ascertain that maximum sales potential is being achieved.
∎
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎
∎ Performs any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have managerial experience at least 7 years in Animal Health Sector.
∎ Tour all over the Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
