Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) is Preferable
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounts Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
∎ Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
∎ Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
∎ Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
∎ Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
∎ Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
∎ Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
∎ Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
∎ Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
∎ Process of payments and ensuring that the expenses are incurred for the best interest of the company.
∎ Ensure compliance of contractual terms and conditions while making payments.
∎ Make adjustment entries and make necessary provisions.
∎ Prepare report of financial statements on regular basis.
∎ Prepare report of periodic and ad-hoc management information as required
∎ Prepare necessary documents and ensure safety and security also confidentiality of information.
∎ To prepare of monthly accounts and Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ To prepare financial statements as per requirements of Tax,VAT & RJSC.
∎ Check all kinds of bill & Voucher.
∎ Reconciliation on inventory and accounts ledger of various parties.
∎ Physical verification of inventory & adjustments.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Operation & Data Management/supervisor of Financial Software.
∎ Should have experience in Fund Management.
∎ Knowledge about corporate reporting, taxation, risk management and regulatory issues.
∎ Advance Excel knowledge is critical for this position.
∎ Should be a team player.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
