Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhanmondi, Narayanganj & different location of The Jamal & Co.
∎ Purpose Statement: Drive volume and sales turnover for the distribution house through leading the entire sales force.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets as given by the Business Manager/Territory Officer.
∎ Split & assign monthly sales target for all routes and timely communicate to sales force.
∎ Ensure desired numeric Reach & Out of Stock in the market the sales team
∎ Drive motivation & right performance evaluation of the sales force.
∎ Identify opportunities & issues to drive business growth through periodic route-plans review and propose required change as needed.
∎ Ensure right implementation of cycle activities through FF and provide regular progress report to Business Manager/Territory Officer.
∎ Ensure proper practices of safety and security standards.
∎ Maintain a record on competition activity and ensure monthly update.
∎ Regular submission of STT & Closing report to BAT System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience in similar role in other FMCG company as Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor
∎ Good understanding of trade marketing
∎ Ability to lead a large group of people
∎ Sound in stress management
∎ Can do attitude of working beyond official hour

∎ 22 K/ Negotiable
