Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline (Marketing is preferable) from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and drive business growth in line with company
∎ Develop and implement business plan in line with distribution agreement to drive growth
∎ Recruit right field force, develop them and manage turnover
∎ Consult & get agreement distributor for taking decisions of any investment/financial matters
∎ Drive motivation & right discipline of staff/ employees involved in business
∎ Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly maintaining right SCR and arrange for the proof of account transfer
∎ Manage regular expenses for business
∎ Integrate and coordinate OSDO operation (if any) with ODSO manager/ in charge
∎ Engage regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operation (bank officials, Labor & other union etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 4-5 (four - five) years of prior experience as Sales Manager
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managerial role in other FMCG any
∎ Good people leadership & managerial skills
∎ Effective PR management skills
∎ Good forecasting & planning capability
∎ Knowledge in basic office software especially MS Excel

Salary:
∎ 65 K/ Negotiable
