∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in board sales or a similar industry.
∎ Proven experience in selling MDF boards, laminated boards, plywood, and similar products.
∎ Strong knowledge of the building materials and board industry.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

∎ Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
∎ Identify and approach new potential customers and markets.
∎ Negotiate and close deals effectively.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for market positioning.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and submit to the management team.
∎ Sell products to customers on a target basis and ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
