Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new customer and liaise with present customer to achieve sales plan.
∎ Submit sample to Buyers and get approval.
∎ Maintain negotiation with customer and ensure order collection.
∎ Follow-up order wise production.
∎ Work to get Buyer nomination.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have garment factory and buying house resources experience in Bangladesh.
∎ Dedicated to work, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
∎ Have strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, and high safety awareness. Daily work is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company.
∎ Have more than 3 years working experience in related positions.
∎ At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Commission on satisfactory sales.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ As per company policy.
