Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or Agriculture preferred).

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age 22 to 40 years

• 3–5 years of experience in agricultural machinery parts sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

• Good knowledge of agricultural machinery parts and the rural market network.

• Willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.

• Must be hardworking, honest, and target-driven.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge required.

Nice Gold Trading Co. Ltd. is a fast-growing company specializing in agricultural machinery parts. To strengthen our nationwide distribution network, we are hiring 8 Sales Managers across all 8 divisions of Bangladesh.

Job Location: Respective Divisional Headquarters — Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur, Mymensingh

Workplace: Field-based (within assigned division)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute divisional sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and retailers.

• Supervise and support the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.

• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

• Provide timely sales reports and market insights to Head Office.

• Attractive sales commission and performance bonuses.

• Travel and mobile allowances.
