Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the business and define high volume clusters
∎ Monitor and guide the team to develop sales and distribution channels to increase market share for the region/area
∎ Define and structure the markets in the Region/Area to have proper central command to penetrate with new product
∎ Set up distributions and dealers to drive business in a respective area markets and establish leadership position in the market
∎ Develop strategies to penetrate different channels as to how the company can reach higher volume and value in each market cluster
∎ Prepare bottom up sales forecast from territory and ensure maintenance of deviation within the agreed level
∎ Make best use of financial resources to generate business and ensure smooth operation with distributors with regard to financial transaction
∎ Monitor and oversee reconciliation of inventory with regular update from all area market and hubs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience as Territory Manager and 5 years’ experience as Area Manager in FMCG Industry with remarkable proven track record
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Ice Cream/Frozen Food Industry in General Trade & Modern Trade Unit
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ Good relation with General Trade & Modern Trade Stake Holders
∎ Good at Business Planning & Strategy
∎ Expert in Excel and Data interpretation
∎ Countrywide tour
