Food and Beverage, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximize volume and revenue in a defined geography in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment
∎ Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling and display execution and merchandising standards
∎ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
∎ Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
∎ Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
∎ Provides the sales management with the sufficient reports covering market conditions/ competition/ others.
∎ Align with Whole Foods Market Global/Regional teams to maintain positive, engaged and productive partnership in sourcing and development of products.
∎ Actively collaborate with the Purchasing, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop materials and communication that consistently deliver clear and efficient direction to all partners.
∎ Represent the Team and brand in all settings. Inspire all Team Members through your passion for our products and commitment to our success.
∎ Promote cooperative and mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders. Manage and execute the concept in a positive, constructive manner to ensure rapid acceptance of new ways of doing business
∎ Provide quick response to feedback and adjustment to programs, as needed, to best serve customers and store operators.
∎ Partner with Operations, as needed, to develop training materials
∎ Support leadership to and direction of Category Assistants and Space Planner, including: hiring, training, delegation, mentoring, and job dialogues.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
