Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Electrical Accessories industry.
∎ Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new sales prospects within the industry.
∎ Negotiate deals and close contracts with major clients.
∎ Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
∎ Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure the consistency of brand messaging and strategy.
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide them to the senior management team.
∎ Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
∎ Oversee customer service and handle client issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
∎ Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the Electrical Accessories or related industry.
∎ Strong understanding of the electrical accessories market and latest industry trends.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
∎ Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Ability to travel as required.
Salary: Negotiable
