∎ 8 to 11 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must achieve management's expected sales goal with an effective and proven sales and marketing plan (Hygiene & Baby Care, FMCG/FCMP products).
∎ Preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders.
∎ Preparing sales budgets and projections based on Channel Specific (General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B) and SKU-wise monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Responsible for leading nationwide sales team members of different sales channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B) to achieve sales targets and develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Area demarcation planning for sales force deployment and responsible for distributor pursuing
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and understand their needs.
∎ Responsible for developing counter strategy as required by analyzing market trends & competitors’ activities.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Marketing, Production & Distribution.
∎ Identify new potential in market opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Experience in Hygiene & Baby Care, FMCG/FCMP products is preferred.
