Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing purposeful brand or product based on consumer research, industry, and competition analysis.
∎ Liaison with agencies/vendors/suppliers/ regarding product and packaging development from marketing aspects.
∎ Support supervisor to improve brand equity and market share by implementing marketing and communication plan.
∎ Able to write marketing and creative brief.
∎ Follow up and report to management regarding competitors' marketing activities, trade offers & pricing strategy.
∎ Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly marketing budgets and achieve targets especially as per the agreed marketing and sales plan.
∎ Developing innovative and cost-effective packaging.
∎ Analyze sales data and relevant financials and take steps based on analysis.
∎ Visit the market, distributors' point, retail point, and consumers inside and outside Dhaka as and when required.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates must have hands-on experience in Baby and Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Tissue, Baby wipes, Silicon Nipple
