Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must achieve management’s expected sales goal with an effective & proven sales and marketing plan.
∎ Preparing Sales forecasts and KPIs for the sales leaders.
∎ Preparing SKU-wise monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and sales budgets based on Channel Specific (General Trade, Modern Trade, Chemist Channel, and B2B)
∎ Responsible for leading a nationwide sales team of different sales channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, Chemist Channel, and B2B) to achieve sales targets and develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Area demarcation planning for sales force deployment and responsible for distributor pursuing
∎ Build a strong Team with great Value and understanding of their needs to retain them.
∎ Responsible for Identifying new opportunities, and new potential in the market as required by analyzing market trends & competitors’ activities.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Marketing, Production & Distribution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years

∎ 15+ Years of relevant sales & market development experience in Hygiene & Baby Care/ FMCG/FCMP products
