Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
∎ Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets to increase brand presence.
∎ Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Drive sales growth through channel partners and retail outlets.
∎ Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners to optimize coverage.
∎ Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and business stakeholders.
∎ Drive credit control measures to minimize outstanding payments and bad debts.
∎ Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to optimize team output.
