∎ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services (e.g., web design, digital marketing, SaaS, etc.).Proven success in creating and executing sales strategies.
∎ Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation abilities .Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.
∎ Personal Attributes:Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the client base.
∎ Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
∎ Sales Execution: Create compelling scripts for sales calls and client interactions. Conduct cold calls to generate leads and close high-value deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
∎ Pipeline Management: Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closing. Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
