Responsibilities & Context:
- Formulate Monthly, Quarterly sales strategy and tactical plan for assigned cluster in accordance with annual business plan.
- Administer field sales force (TSR/ASM/RSM) of assigned cluster in a proper manner which ensures individual target achievement by Territory/Region.
- Initiate, execute and coordinate action plan to penetrate products in the markets.
- Carry out sales promotion, demand generation and consumer education activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets as per category and channel specific product guidelines.
- Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor, professionals based on assigned target.
- Ensure cluster wide strong Dealer presence & maintain all updated sales data by distributors.
