Context

Donor Chemical (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast growing Cosmetic & Toiletries based manufacturing Company in Bangladesh. The company is currently producing international standard quality products in their own manufacturing plant, with the supervision of well-trained chemist team from America and Europe, in the Brand name of "Evergreen". Our Products : Body lotion, Body wash, shampoo, Petroleum jelly, Hair Oil, Tooth powder, Hair Color Shampoo, Perfume, Detergent Powder, Dish Washing Liquid, Floor Cleaner, Hand Wash, etc. We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, individuals for Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales of company products in the territory through a sale team in order to achieve the monthly/annual sales targets

  • Identify and appoint suitable distributors as per territory coverage plans and oversee their on boarding, training, and supervision.

  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory. Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company`s products and services across the territory to achieve the sales targets. Identify the target market and develop business.

  • Opportunities Have the ability to generate new dealer to expand market as per strategic plan. Have the knowledge about market analysis technique and sales planning. Build and maintain strong Relationship with existing dealers by regular market visit.

  • Selling cosmetics & toiletries products must be achieved monthly/annually sales targets assigned by management.

  • Prepare daily, monthly sales reports as well dealers outstanding and send the supervisor.
