Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in Sales Manager position.
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze / formulate monthly target & give effort to achieve in full.
Responsible for Sales target achievement for the selected region.
Visit to Distributor`s point as per Tour plan, monitor the activities of Distributor.
Responsible for proper utilization of manpower under his control, regarding works, administration.
Monitoring the team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Prepare Market coverage plan along with effective coverage plan for Distributors.
Conduct Regional/National sales meeting and work on the findings.
Analyze / formulate monthly target & give effort to achieve in full.
Submit market analyze report & achievement plan to the management office each month.
Visit Sales area regularly by term; explore new dealers & distributors as per program submitted.
Prepare and submit plan & policies to develop market brand.
Monitor competitor`s activities in order to take advantage of the market share.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors, Submit Monthly Sales report & achievement plan, tour program to DGM and Corporate office each month.
Any other job given time to time by the higher authority.
