Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate, Masters degree in any discipline in from a reputed university (Business background preferred).
∎ Skills Required: Sales, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure satisfactory level of achievement of given target within planned time frame.
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Develop & manage nationwide Sales & distribution channel.
∎ Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue.
∎ Work closely with RSM, ZSM to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of the country/ as per the assignment of the Management through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
∎ It is a highly mobile position & have to work 20-24 days in field to achieve target as well as manage assigned task on time.
∎ Proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required.
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Experience in conducting team training
∎ Proactive attitude to promoting company's Product and Brand image.
∎ Achieve short and long term sales goal of the company.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years working experience in FMCG Food & Confectionary products including minimum 03 years' experience as a Sales Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales, Sales & Marketing of Confectionary products / Manufacturing (FMCG) / Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)/ Snakes Food (Packaged).
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good team player, well-organized.
Salary: Negotiable
