Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Masters Degree in any discipline or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and direction of sales department nationally.
∎ Responsible for sales, collection and dues of company in nationally.
∎ Responsible to increase National sales & collection every month and analysis growth rate.
∎ Responsible to monitor all field force activities.
∎ Responsible to implement all circulation and company policy throughout nationally.
∎ Responsible to ensure that all field force meet the minimum base target and meet the product wise minimum sales target.
∎ Responsible to solve all kind of problems in the market.
∎ Responsible to visit doctors, chemist and khamar/Farms vigorously.
∎ Responsible to make time to time product and marketing strategy to improve sales & Collection.
∎ Responsible to take report everyday from field force of their daily activities and give them direction accordingly.
∎ Responsible to prepare monthly product wise sales target and submit to management one month advance.
∎ To prepare monthly budget of Sales and Marketing Department and submit to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12-14 years Experience in national level.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point) .

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Industry Standard

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
