Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastic Product Sales, Product Marketing, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly execute sales plans & achieve sales targets (Revenue & Volumes) through the Sales Representatives, dealers, distributors, TSMs as assigned by the supervisor and Head of Sales.
∎ Increase the number of Dealers and Distributors, develop the sales channels and increase market presence by implementing POS plans and retail sales.
∎ Monitor and supervise regular sales performance, new acquisitions, market attendance and overall management of all the Sales reps on daily basis.
∎ Planning for achieving sales target through: Distribution & Productivity, increase product coverage, Visibility and Merchandising by pushing the Distributors, Dealers, Sales reps.
∎ Maintain proper communication channel for achieving sales objectives/ Goals down the line.
∎ Motivating all Sales Executives, SRs, dealers and distributors for executing sales targets.
∎ Dealers and Distributor Management including giving product knowledge, pricing tactics, sales tools, and coaching for better results.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by the Head of Sales.
∎ Monitoring and ensure collections of market dues and update Finance department periodically.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales reps, ground forces to increase the market share.
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the Head of Sales.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily sales target and achievement and execute strategies to achieve it.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the company from time to time.
∎ Sales review meeting with Sales Executives, Sales reps and distribution teams.
∎ Execute and monitor various promotional programs and campaigns of Marketing department.
∎ Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
∎ Searching of new distributor for mitigating the gaps in markets and penetrating opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the ability to work with Microsoft Office package, especially in MS Excel.
∎ The candidate should be Target/ Result oriented, Innovative Thinker and capable of building and handling effective teams.
∎ Should be self- motivated, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skills and should take challenges in the new environment.
∎ Building good relations with all relevant stakeholders including customer, retailers, dealers, distributors, Sales Reps, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
