Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should hold MBA (Marketing)/Masters Degree with science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You should offer & deal with Customers for following products: MS Plate, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
∎ Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customer.
∎ Should have experience in market analysis of MS Plate, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.
∎ Should have proven expertise in Marketing strategy formulation and implementation
∎ Ability to conduct marketing research and report writing.
∎ Ability to lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Assist management with securing meetings, building and executing Marketing & Sales plans, negotiating contracts and managing operational activities.
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-15 years of Marketing & Sales experience out of which 5 years in Steel & Aluminum industry is mandatory. However, candidates with experience in Construction steel/ Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industry may apply.
∎ Effective ability to communicate in English orally or in written form effectively with Management & Customers.
