∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Aqua Products Sales & Marketing.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies in alignment with Company's strategic directions to meet its corporate goal.
∎ To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
∎ To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects.
∎ To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment.
∎ To provide all-out support to concerned supervisor and other Management Staffs on organizational issues.
∎ Any other job assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager in Aqua product marketing.
∎ Additional job requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have positive mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Should be presentable, energetic and well - conversed.
