MBA or B.Sc. in Agriculture is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales (Pesticide business).
Strong knowledge of sales management.
Proper understanding of the credit monitoring system.
Sound leadership skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Strong network in the agribusiness community.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage sales, including preparing territory, Area Region & National sales targets, formulating incentives for the Field Force, Expense monitoring, and setting tour program.
Formulating the agenda of the monthly sales meeting, Region and Area meeting: evaluation of the Field force performance.
Plan, organize, and monitor the sales operation to ensure the targeted sales objective.
Implementation and evaluation of product launches and promotional activities.
Collect regular market feedback to remain updated about the industry and provide guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management at the depot and customer level.
To keep team members motivated to attain any assigned job and provide effective training to all levels of team members.
Ensure efficient and effective credit management to get management in the depot for the business.
Visit regular external customers, i.e., DAE personnel, regulatory authorities, NGO’s, and all levels of customer and situation-oriented support.
Develop a strategic sales plan to exploit potential regional markets in the agriculture sector and reduce credit notes & overdue accounts to zero level.
Keep up-to-date information on competitors’ products and ensure fair communications from customers to Management and Management to customers.
Resolve all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
Develop a quarterly regional promotional plan, evaluate monthly promotional activities, and ensure proper crop- based, market-based training for AE/AM & SPO.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
