Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy and Execution:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with ANW Associates' business objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Leverage your market insights to identify opportunities, target segments, and develop innovative approaches to expand our client base.
∎ Team Leadership and Development:
∎ Lead, inspire, and guide a team of sales representatives, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, offering tailored investment solutions and insights to meet their financial aspirations.
∎ Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling brokerage services.
∎ Business Development:
∎ Proactively identify new business prospects by networking, participating in industry events, and leveraging referrals.
∎ Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and attract new clients.
∎ Sales Performance Analysis:
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring steady progress towards sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Regularly communicate sales activities, market trends, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
∎ Product Expertise:
∎ Stay abreast of financial market trends, investment instruments, and regulatory changes, enabling you to effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings.
∎ Provide ongoing training and resources to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and client interactions.
∎ Cros-Functional Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate closely with various departments, such as research, compliance, and operations, to ensure regulatory compliance and provide seamless client experiences.
∎ Sales Process Enhancement:
