ACI Premio Plastics Ltd. is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead its Toys Portfolio nationwide. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales leadership, strong market understanding, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for the toys segment.

  • Lead and manage the toys sales team across regions, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance tracking.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to expand market coverage.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align demand planning and promotional activities.

  • Analyze market data and sales reports to recommend improvements in pricing, distribution, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a regular basis.

  • Resolve critical client issues, manage channel conflicts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance performance, motivation, and team efficiency.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit limits, and sales process compliance.
