Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for the toys segment.
∎ Lead and manage the toys sales team across regions, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance tracking.
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to expand market coverage.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align demand planning and promotional activities.
∎ Analyze market data and sales reports to recommend improvements in pricing, distribution, and customer engagement strategies.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a regular basis.
∎ Resolve critical client issues, manage channel conflicts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Train and develop sales staff to enhance performance, motivation, and team efficiency.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, credit limits, and sales process compliance.
