Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
∎ Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.
∎ Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
