Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In consultation with the Regional Head and GM,Sales establish the Annual Sales Targets and objectives, key sales strategies and financial budget for the Area Office.
∎ Review and approve individual sales/promotional targets of Sales Officers within the Area Office.
∎ Ensure 100% achievement of Sales Target for the Area Office.
∎ Provide all necessary support both in personal capacity and channeling resources from the Head Office for the purpose of organizing training programs for Service providers, Doctor seminars, GDS etc.
∎ Support the Marketing Department to identify, develop and implement all promotional support activities (POP’s, Trade Promotions, Outdoor advertisements etc) and monitor their impact and provide feedback.
∎ Work with the Warehouse Management to ensure regular and adequate supply of commodity to the Area / Depot Offices.
∎ Organize and conduct monthly meetings with Executive/Officer of the Area Office.
∎ Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports of the Area to the Head Office and other reports as required.
∎ Assess the training and developmental needs of the Executives/Officers of the Area and Collaborate with the Head Office to organize and implement training programs.
∎ Review and recommend proposals for transfers, termination of staff within the Area/Depot to the Head Office for necessary action.
∎ Appraise the Annual/ Periodic Performance of the team members under Area Office.
∎ Approve monthly work plan, leave, expense bills, per diem etc of all Executives’ and Offices’ of the Area.
∎ Liaise with community groups, major health providers, relevant Govt. and non-Govt. officials etc to facilitate the operations of the Area Office.
∎ Perform any special assignments as given by Departmental Head and GM, Sales & Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should be very organized
∎ Excellent written communication in English
∎ Proactive
∎ Excellent analytical skills

Salary: Negotiable
