Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential customers for HVAC products and services.
∎ Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to understand client requirements and provide appropriate HVAC solutions.
∎ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and feedback on product improvements based on customer feedback.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC product specifications, installation requirements, and industry standards.
∎ Educate and advise customers on HVAC product features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
∎ The HVAC Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting HVAC solutions, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
