Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the Regional as set by the management.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales target & explore a new market.
∎ Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Insure retails Stock available.
