Job Summary:

Vector Infotech Systems and Networks (BGD) Limited, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet company targets. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.).
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery and address any issues.

Sales Operations:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Provide clients with technical information and advice on the best solutions for their needs.
