∎ Engage with customers through social media platforms (especially Facebook), email, and web chat to build strong relationships.
∎ Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports to the team leader, highlighting complex issues and proposing practical solutions.
∎ We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Executives to build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. We'd like to meet you if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable contacting potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.
