Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell Home Décor and Kitchenware products to retailers, wholesalers, and potential buyers.
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Visit market locations regularly to meet with existing and potential clients to take orders.
∎ Accurately record customer orders and relay the information to the company for timely processing.
∎ Follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and trends for increasing sales.
∎ Collect and report customer feedback, competitor activity, and market challenges to management.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and loyalty.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
∎ Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
∎ Consistently drive revenue growth for the assigned product categories.
