- Process orders placed through the website or landing page.
- Cooperating with colleagues and ensuring fast support to customers with the highest level of professionalism.
- Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries
- Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the Superior.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Responsibilities & Context:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls to provide product information and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up on online orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinating with courier riders to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
