Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, pitching our online products/services, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating prices, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services over the phone, online & physically.
Convert leads into confirmed sales by addressing inquiries and objections.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within the specified timeline.
Focus on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure agreements.
Ensure timely deal closures while meeting customer expectations.
Sales Process Management:
Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to the management team.
Handle negotiations and ensure timely payments.
Instant Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Fixed Salary: 15,000-25,000 BDT
KPI Bonus/Incentive: 10,000+ BDT
