Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales and build customer relationships through effective communication and promotions.
∎ Sales presentations: Creating and delivering presentations to highlight the hotel's features and services.
∎ Negotiations: Negotiating rates, terms, and contracts with clients.
∎ Market research: Identifying trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
∎ Event planning: Working with clients and the events team to plan and execute events.
∎ Revenue forecasting: Tracking sales performance and revenue projections, and providing reports to management.
∎ Client relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
∎ Sales proposals: Preparing sales proposals for clients.
∎ Marketing campaigns: Creating marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the hotel.
∎ Sales goals: Setting Monthly sales goals and working to achieve them.
