Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the front-end representative of the company to the customers and update market information to the internal teams. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and offer our products and services to stay ahead of the competition.
∎
∎ Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
∎
∎ Act promptly to any inquiries from customers, coordinate with the seniors to identify and offer the best products within the range.
∎ Be the key link between customers and Tam teams
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
∎ Constant follow up with CS teams to ensure monthly sales budgets / targets are achieved" as this is one of the key responsibilities of sales.
∎ Understand customer business and retrieve any information as required by close communication with the customer.
∎ Provide regular market updates to the seniors to align company's approach and strategies to stay in and face the competition.
∎ To establish new business or pernitrate into new markets.
∎ Ability to think on your feet and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' work experience and knowledge in similar role.
∎ Excellent command in both Bangla and of English (verbal/written) and excellent written and verbal communication skill
∎ Possess excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Preference will be given for candidates with experience in accessories for apparel industry.
∎ Should be multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a good team player.
∎ Responsiveness, accountability and adaptability
