Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate leads and convert them into sales.
∎ Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
∎ Build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals.
∎ Understand clients' travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
∎ Provide detailed information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
∎ Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
∎ Participate in social media promotions and email & whatsapp marketing.
∎ Attend travel fairs, expos, and networking events.
∎ Collaborate with digital marketing teams to boost sales.
∎ Work with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for seamless bookings.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
∎ Handle payment processing and follow up on invoices.
∎ Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.
∎ Analyze market trends and suggest improvements.
