Air Freight, freight forwarding sales, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, International Courier, International/ Export Marketing, Sea Freight
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new shipments & customers by identifying potentials and penetrate into new target markets.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Promoting the company's existing products & sales to the target market. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Creates plan for gaining customers and then retaining them and increase their regular volume.
∎ Present and articulate service & rate proposals to customers as well as gather market intelligence data.
∎ Grow sales volume from both existing and new customers.
∎ Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
∎ Persists in sales even in the face of failure and finds ways to sell service in the face of a down market.
∎ Working closely with customers and leading business team to achieve business goals under the responsibility.
∎ Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.
∎ Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Answers questions from clients and manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Meet individual/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
∎ Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
