Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and acquire business for AKIJ Air.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship between travel trade partners, including problem solving a range of issues including customer service issues.
- Maintain effective relationships with key agents such as high performing and potential travel agencies to achieve the agreed objectives.
- Manage all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry.
- Ensure efficient sales service to agents in accordance with their business requirements, including timely information on product, policies, schemes, schedule and other updates etc.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business, increased market share and sustainable relationships.
- Provide timely and actionable market information for ensuring that the revenues remain on track and the management can react effectively to market practices.
- Regular market updates to make corrections in the sales planning to increase effectiveness.
- Responsible for ensuring a wide spread market coverage and distribution network of the agents, by identifying potential agents.
- Be competent to handle different agents & impart precise knowledge to agents.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
